　　費爾蒙特美方代表Leshanta Roop
　　Leshanta Roop graduated in 2009 with a BA in Literatures in English and Minor in Theater Arts with Second class honors from the University of the West Indies.She has over eight years of experience in the education field as both a teacher and administrator,as well as experience with curriculum development and teacher training.With a passion for nurturing excellence and bringing out the best in those she works with,Leshanta has cultivated her unique leadership skills in varied international and ESL environments in several countries including China,Turkmenistan,Australia and more.As a Program Manager with Fairmont,she actively lends support and goes the extra mile to provide teachers and students with essential tools for their continued success.She believes and strives to fulfill the motto:"Inspiring minds.Empowering dreams."

　　有豐富的教學經驗和教學管理經驗，教授托福、雅思、SAT等，課程生動有趣，并且融入了美國先進的教學理念，讓學生們更積極地投入到課堂中、更地英語運用能力。編著有《新托福全解析1-10》、《新托福全解析11-20》等。
